I am trying to restore my front and back grilles on my 74 charger and am trying to remove a couple of layers of paint from them.  Any suggestions what the best way to do this is?  Also, I am planning on painting the grilles team black any suggestions on the paint colour.

If it's plastic I like to use Pinesol to remove the paint..Start with a mixture of 30% Pinesol and %70 water...It will take a tub of it, but leave it overnight and it will all be gone...

It is plastic, so I will try the pinesol.  Thanks
