Are the sway bar tabs on the LCA's supposed to be nice and straight?  Mine are bent up but they both bent in the same way so I am not sure if this is the way they should be.  These are on a 68.........thanks!

Hey Matt! My 70's are in a different location but do have a little angle thing going on...I think it's to help how the sway bar and LCA pivot 90 degrees to each other. _ l  :scratchchin:

Neal,

Yeah, they have an angle on them as well.  The ends of both of them are bent up a little and one has a slight crack also, I will just straighten the ends out and weld the one up and should be good to go.  Thanks!

Just set up my eBay LCA's with new Moog bushings and reinforcing plates to go with my new 440/Hemi MoPar torsion bars. Are you painting them "steel",black or simulated cosmoline (sp.?)? There is a thread on that subject here somewhere. I think I'm going with steel color or black.

I have the reinforcement plates going on also, should have them welded in soon.  I am thinking of going with a gold-tone powder coat.  The more I see it the more I like it.  I am going to go with a satin black powdercoat on the UCA's though.

They look great.  Can you give me a manufaturer and color for the LCA?  I want to do the same for mine, but just couldn't decide on a  color for the powder coater.

They do look good.

I also did mine in gold (paint) as I couldn't be bothered with the Cosmoline deal.

Well done.
