1968 charger vacuum conversion

  I want to replace the vacuum function of the headlamps and make it electrical for my 1968 Dodge charger. dose anyone know of a conversion kit or have any suggestions?

2" travel linear actuators and a custom bracket...    use a relay and activate it with the headlight switch   
1968 Dodge Charger - 6.1L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.55 Sure Grip

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T - 5.7L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.73 Limited Slip

1964 Dodge Polara 500 - 440 / 4-speed / 3.91 Sure Grip

1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye - 340 / A-518 / 3.23 Sure Grip

There is a guy here whose  vacuum actuators  on his 69  charger didn,t work and he   used the door locking motors from a Volkswagen Golf.
He says that it does work fine
69´Charger R/T,440 ,4-speed,Dana 60 3.55.

I'm just tryingto make it less expensive and more dependable, parts have been really hard to find.
