Anybody know how to get folds out of headliner ? dryer , steamer ? a new one outof the box.

 iron it  ...  but only on the  back & keep the iron moving  becare full you don't burn it  ! then lay it out in the sun for a few hours  :yesnod:  might need to iron it a few times  !  also when fitting  heat it up with a hair dryer as you go & strech :yesnod:

same method applies to vinyl tops  iron it  also before fitting  :yesnod:

stretching it in place is good enough... HEADLINERS ARE LOT STRETCHED!!! you can't imagine how much

put it down the sun a little bit after mountng job will help a little bit, but honestly, and trust me... stretching the headliner will dissapear any folding line.

Lay it out in the driveway in the sun. Any creases/wrinkles left will disappear once it's installed but, if you have to, a heat gun can be used (carefully!) to tighten problem areas.
