If your chargers like mine and it catches with the right wheel more then the left just slam on the gas and make a left hand turn....it will swing out  :D

I don't feel like rolling it so I'll just take your word for it for now. But this thing just cruises along at 80mph on the highway. I took it out to check how far off my speedo was. So I used a GPS and, at an indicated 35 I am going 41, indicated 40 I am going 46, indicated 55 I am going 65, indicated 65 I am going 77.

there is a chart somewhere to mate your tire size and rear gear with the proper tooth speedo gear so it will read correctly , or at least alot closer than that, not hard to do either if your interested of course

Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

Its more fun to drive in the rain. I think I have taken it out four times on purpose this past month and two by accident. I took it out in the snow once before the salt trucks came, couldn't turn stop or go.

Whaaa :faint: I was under the impression they did :yesnod:
I try not to take mine out in the rain. It doesnt really bother me if I get caught out in it but, having a leaky windshield doesnt help any.

How the hell are you gonna roll a car doing donuts on a flat surface??  :shruggy: You've seen too many movies... Cars dont just roll over, unless your at high rate of speed and momentum changes direction suddenly, or the car hits something... :slap:

You won't roll that car.   :rotz:  But, hiting a pot hole could be bad on the rim.  :yesnod:  Are you going to change to a suregrip and gears ?

Thanks RD, when I first saw this car under Charge-Its sig line, I thought to myself that I was going to restore mine just like his, then he put the car up for sale and I had to have it.
I am changing eventually, whenever fund allow to a sure-grip and some 3.55 gears instead of the 2.45 gears that are in there. I find a lot of rears for sale cheap for the car, but they are all far away.

I think gravel would do some damage.

Cody

terrible one

No offense, but if you aren't sliding around and doing donuts, why is it more fun to drive in the rain?  :shruggy:

They may not melt, but they rust like crazy.

G-man

Good to see someonem not scared to use there car.

I think if most look back 30 years ago when they baught the car they didnt ask if it rained or not they drove it. Stop being scared. Car rusts? If you didnt seal it and paint it. If its sealed and painted it will rust as soon as todays cars would rust.

Its a car not a damn picture. Good on you using it "any time of the weather"

Bordin,

Did you get the problem worked out finally??
