I notice a little oil leaking out of my rear wheel seal after sitting this winter. Do you think this will stop afterI start driving it again this spring? thanks

Are you talking about the wheel cylinder as in the brake wheel cylinder.  If so, I would replace it immediately.
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Whatever it is, I don't think it's going to just stop leaking. If you think it's gear oil check the vent for the axle to make sure it's not plugged. It's a little cap that you should be able to spin back and fourth between your finger's. Doing so will knock dirt out of it. If there is dirt that fall's out, it's possible that pressure built up and caused oil to blow out a seal.
