Tips for selling your Charger?

I've never done this before, so I was hoping you guys, plenty of you who have traded and sold many vehicles, could give a "newbie" like me some tips in selling a vehicle, what to say, what not to say, how to handle people, where to show the car, etc.

I'm selling my Charger. Won't be Charger-less for long, hopefully, as I'm on the look out for a small block 2nd gen to use as a daily driver. Because of full time school, full time work and spending the little free time I have with my baby mama, I haven't been able to travel and check out some of my finds but spring break and summer are nearby. Anyway, my 73 is rock solid mechanically and bodywise (that's what most people comment on, how straight the body is blahb lah blah), just needs some tlc in the "looks" department, as it's sporting 20+ year old paint (aka 20 footer), bumpers need rechroming. Now, I'm not "desperate" to sell and I can wait, as I don't want to be giving away the car but I'm not going to be one of those ridiculous dudes that overprices to all hell.

I want to make sure people know it's a 20 footer! for example, 2 weeks ago a friend of mine needed me, the car and a mutual friend to model with the car and from the pics, it looks fantastic. Here's a shot I took when he was taking pics of her and the car.

and then there's the other ones I've taken for class, from last year-and no, no damage was done to the hood! I let them on it because they don't weigh much and the hood has it's share of scratches and dings from old age, nothing bad but nothing where I was anal about two hot friends being on it and with pants that didn't have zippers and things that would damage it.
