brake problem!!!!

i am having an issue with my brakes. rotors,drums and shoes and pads are all good, i'm not loosing fluid but my pedal goes almost to the floor till it starts braking. anyone have the same problem? thanks guys for any help!

Oh yeah.  Have you checked your vacuum yet.  What size motor/cam/etc... do you have?

I did jump the gun there a little didn't I Tan. 
It's just so common.  Had a gentleman call me last night and I wouldn't let him buy my drum setup until he tried a few things.  Turned him to this site.  Hopefully he will join.

So would a 73 Charger with power brakes have an adjustable pushrod. I am having the same problem and everything is bled and all soft lines and the rotors, calipers, and pads are new.
