soft seals A-727 tranny

well at first I had a leaking rear band anchor shaft seal - and had it fixed (I think) see Orange box on picture

I think the tranny is also leaking from the gasket in the Green box

I've been gradually adding Lucas tranny stop leak fluid, but I'm wondering if I'm fighting a losing battle of the tranny leak.  I don't have $1000 for a tranny rebuild to replace all the seals, but I'm wondering how many seals there are to worry about leaking. 

Are there internal soft seals/gaskets to worry about? 
Can the tranny get wrecked driving it around like this?
should I just keep adding Lucas as the fluid get low?

any suggestions are appreciated!!

Both leaks might be coming from the anchor pin, if the fluid level isn't drained well below the pin and the area properly cleaned before applying the RTV it won't stick.

If those are your only leaks, removing the tailhousing for a gasket/O ring replacement won't cost more than a few bucks.
