Any updates on when the new Charger full 1/4 panels will be made?

Just wondering if anyone knows if or when Goodmark is going to make the full factory style 68 Charger quarter panels. My body guy called  me today and told me it would be more cost effective to replace my quarters than to repair them. He found more rust on them than I thought I had. Damn them body guys anyway! He told me about the skins that Year One has, and I told him they are the same ones that everyone else is selling, and I can get him a pair a lot cheaper than YO, but if the new full quarters will be available sometime in the next 6 months or so, I would rather wait and get them instead. Anyone know for sure? Or was it just a cruel rumor?

I think I remembered reading on a site some where that goodmark has plans to make the charger quarters, I think they are already selling the road runner full quarters, but sorry I can't help you with a date which they will be available. Good luck with your project,
Jason

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I just checked their website and there's no mention of the Charger quarters at all, so apparently I'm just going to have to get the partial quarter panel skins. Does anyone know if anyone other than Goodmark makes them? I'm just guessing that everyone is selling the same parts, but I have found them ranging in price from $169 to $259 each. I'd like to get the cheaper ones of course, but not if they are inferior quality.

As far as I've heard, there's only one manufacturer of the current replacement 1/4's.

Sometimes I see someone advertising some on eGouge for something like $49.00...but those things look like pieces of bent tin foil in the picture. :rotz:
