Got a '74 Scout II I'm looking at.
Dude sounds straightforward and trustworthy, but like the old saying goes: "Trust in God, but tie your camel".
He had a friend send me pix, but they're tiny.
He's asking $4500.00 for it.
Runs, drives, and the pix show minimal rust (only at the door sides of the wheel wells, and not out of control).
Only fixes to make it road worthy are speedometer cable and fix the sending unit (new tank and hasn't read fuel level since).
You don't see the straight 6's that often, add in the 4-speed and the dual Dana 44s, and I'm really diggin' this Scout.
Doesn't hurt that my dad owned almost the exact same Scout when I was a kid, or that I had a '74 345 Scout before I left AK.
Scouts run in the family.  

Anyhow, if there's someone who could take a look at the truck and maybe shoot some better pix, I'd send you some dough for your troubles.

I was mainly interested in more/better pix of the truck.
It's the exact motor/trans combo and year I've been looking for, so I'm game.
