Edelbrock performer rpm on a 400 engine.
Installed with the logo forward .
When I tried to add the throttle return spring bracket I found the front ribs of the intake won't allow access to the rail bolts.
But if I turn it around then the vacuum line for the power steering will be in the front.

nope the intake is the correct way round :yesnod:  ..probably will have to fabricate / modify the return spring bracket  & mount , bolt it to the exposed bolt hole in the corner on the cylinder head , or buy a return spring / bracket that mounts via another bracket off the carb stud

Yeah, if the vaccum connection for your brake booster is in back, its on wright. You might have to check out Lokar for a throttle cable and bracket.
Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

I remember putting head gaskets on backward on a 318.. Everything lined up except for one water jacket, if memory serves. It sure did suck when I fired it up and it started overheating after about 5 minutes.  Live and learn...

A buddy of mine had the backwards head gasket thing on his smallblock dirt track car once, and only once.  The worst part was that it wasn't even his fault, it was the fault of the "professional" engine builder he used.

Just a note. A Weiand Team G (440) intake can be mounted backwards and still work really well... -Just dont ask me how I know this...
