I know, I'm working on it.  This was from Aaron's cheap camera phone.  He said he'll send a couple more tomorrow of individual panels close up so we get a better look at the color.  I was there on Friday to see them spraying sealer on them.  Everything looked really good.  I'll keep all of you posted.

Ok, so we actually have progress to show.  All the body work is done.  We have paint on the undercarriage, the engine bay, and the interior.  Also, the rear end and suspension are done, the k-frame and linkage have been painted, and we're hoping to have the front end together with engine in place by the end of the coming weekend.

My steering wheel and billet wheels have come in.  I pick up the wheels with the new KDA NT's on them tomorrow.  For now here are some pics...

By the way, that pic above is the guy who had to climb underneath to paint the undercarriage.  He wasn't happy about it at all.  He came out looking like a smurf!

So, yes... all the suspension is painted, rebuilt, and reassembled.  Things are looking great.  As of Saturday, we had the engine and tranny together and installed in the car.  We also got some wiring done but not shown here.  Hoping to have the fenders and hood on by the end of the week and then paint it next weekend.  The weekend after we are hoping to fire up the motor.  Keep your fingers crossed!

Alright!  Don't make me come over thiere!   ;)

The interior is black with silver pleats.  Everything but the headliner is pretty much ready to go.  We'll get that going next week and then put everything else in.  Trying to get the motor started this weekend.

When I bought it the paint was so faded I really didn't get a good feel for the color of QQ!.  Now that I see it on the car, it's definitely one of the greatest colors of blue I've seen!  I can't believe they only used it one year.  (well, unless I'm mistaken.  I don't think it was on the Charger more than one year anyway!)

:boogie: Getting close now. Looks fantastic  :yesnod:
My R/T was a QQ1 car, still has a few patches left on it in the trunk and around the front rails, I'm happy with the black on it but would be well impressed if it was still Blue .
Great thread, have been enjoying following your build
