what a dweeb, market value is only what someone will pay for it at the time its on the market, evidently nobody wants it that bad so the parts can't be worth all that much either, half the time these guys watch Barett Jackson and think "i'm gonna make some money"

when i firts moved out to Vegas a local pick a part had a 1st gen, plain 361 car but it had power windows and all interior pieces, only problem was the busted side windows, no motor/tranny and the usual rust, had only been sitting for a couple of months, he wanted $20K for it, wouldn't part it out, so it sat in the sun and rain (yes it rains here, floods actually) for 8 years and went downhill really fast, not worth a damn now, i just don't understand people, i've given away more parts than i've sold (no i don't have any more to give away either)

Write back; "Ok, but to convince me it's even your car, make sure you're sitting in it, waving to the camera."

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Phone the yard, tell them if/when the car comes in, you'll give them $$$ for it. Also, phone the yard, ask to talk to the owner and see if this guy has actually phoned them.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

I'm glad the car was saved but after all the cry-baby threats all he really wanted was a Dart not cash?  What a moron.
