are the amber parking lights up there with tinted glass or with a colored film over the glass ?

Not sure what you mean but an 1157NA means natural amber - meaning the bulb glass is actually amber glass - not painted over top of a clear bulb glass like a cheaper 1157A - Is that what you meant?
