Anyone get creative with their MSD box location?

Hey all, I recently scored an MSD 6A box for my 69 Charger 505 Stroker. I am trying to find a good spot to locate this box. I would like to be as stealth as possible because my engine bay looks stock. I tried behind the glove box but my car is an AC car and the heater core seems to be larger than a non-AC car so I don't have the room. I looked at below the battery tray but the headlight vacuum V-8 can is there and it wont fit. I don't like the firewall spot on a stock looking bay as it sticks out too much. Yes, I'm sort of picky about things.  :-\

Anyone have any thoughts? How about any pics of what you've come up with? I appreciate all comments and thoughts.

I put mine underneath the air handler in the passenger side where their feet go. Few people have legs long enough to stretch out and hit it with their toes, but it is visible if you put your head lower by the seat. I had the same problem as you, and didn't want to mount it in the engine compartment for fear of its life expectancy.

The one in My 68 Is in the console.Ive also mounted them to the drivers side cowl side panel (right in front of the hinge piller). That is very stealth,and you can change the limiter chip fairly easy.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Mine is under the battery tray, it's one of the black MP ones so it goes fairly unnoticed and still leaves the chip accessable for an rpm change.

Thats a good place for one, BUT on a 68-69 Charger the vacuum can wont allow that.

I saw one hidden in a windshield washer bottle. The bottom was cut out so it fit over the top of the MSD that was bolted to the fender.

Just my luck...I'm 6'4"....  ;D

I like the under the washer bottle idea. Have to see how tht would work?.

I have my black MP (6al) in the glove box. Looks awesome and it's just pop the glove box and swith the chip if you want.  :scratchchin: but you couldn't use the space for more than your toothbrush after  ;)
