Here's a shot of mine during a tour through Chicago.  It's originally a TN car, and I've been moving all over IL for the last 5 or 6 years with it, currently located in the southern suburbs.

That's looking sweet, looks alot different then the last time I saw it!  It was interesting that I just happen to find you, in the whole city, I find another member randomly.

Very cool, I gotta find the pic of the car back then.

I love that picture.  It makes me miss living in Chicago.  :-\

That street is at the end of the Chicago marathon as you go thru McCormick Center.  I never want to do that again!   :icon_smile_big:

Yeah, that was funny.  It's not exactly like I lived on a busy street at the time either.  (For everyone else who doesn't know wtf we're referring to, I was working on my Charger in  my garage about 3 years ago when a car in the street came to a screeching halt and backed up to check out what was going on.   Turned out to be the devil himself.)  The only other place I've "randomly" met board members was @ monster mopar near St. Louis, and I suppose the odds are a bit skewed down there.

Thanks, I got a few good shots that day.  Here's another.  You wouldn't have missed it too much if you were there with me fighting the traffic and getting into verbal altercations with the a-hole bus drivers heading in and out of McCormick.  Good times.   :smilielol:  I was sure I was going to get a ticket or arrested or something for being on park property before I got this shot.  Luckily I escaped with my freedom.... :police:

New to the forum. Been looking around a bit as I'm adding an SSBC front disc kit, now found out the booster is bad. A lot of good info in this forum. I'll try to add a pic. This is my one and only Charger. Actually my first car. I've had it for 32 years!

Rockford, Illinois        This photo makes me wish it was summer so baaaad.      :coolgleamA:

That looks really good. Nice and original. I have not seen one looking like that! I love the Welds!! Nice home too by the looks of it!

Thanks mopar nut, I took a long time to choose the Welds and they worked out. The best part of the house is the garage!     :D

I notice a lot of you guys are in the Chicago suburbs.

I am in the Rock Valley Chapter of the Chicago Mopar Club  There are different shows sponsored by chapters in the suburbs throughout the spring and summer. Check out
www.chicagolandmopar.com/     We could just pick one of their shows to meet at. Maybe post our DC names on our windshields or something like that.         :Twocents:

Hey that's my T7 Bronze '69 R/T in the pictures taken in Madison Wis. in 2005. My good friend that now has the Turbine Bronze '68 with the Welds then owned the blue '70 Charger 500 parked next to me that day. Pretty nice to find photos of my beloved car online.

Here's a couple of pics of my Charger.  I'm out in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago.  I'm trying to find out which Dealership sold this car.  The original owner was Victor Daniels from Tinley Park, IL.  Any help?

I live in Bloomington, IL and you just never see chargers in this area. Every now and then you see a few at a car show. I'm sure when these cars were new the salt and snow here ate up a lot of Chargers :rotz:, that's why the south and the west are better for old cars, NO SALT ON THE ROAD IN THE WINTER!! :icon_smile_dissapprove:
