There have been quite a few reports of Cougar sightings at the local bar, although witness acounts claim that they are in "poor condition"

 They have a new fancy entertainment district in down town kansas city.  It's called the power and light district and the have a rock bar called ( angels rock bar)  with Go Go dancers .
