Me too but I sincerely hope Chevrolet can sell enough of those things to make the exercise worthwhile.

Everyone in Woodbridge will buy one! (Local joke)

Too bad both the Challenger and the Camaro are debuting during the worst time in the auto industry since....forever.

They probably would have had similar success as the newer Mustang otherwise.

You can always count on GM to deliver a good heavy dose of "angry kitchen appliance" front end styling.

I prefer the smooth lines of the Chally versus the choppy lines of the Cramaro, but I also do agree that it looks better than I had initially expected.

I wish them success with their sales. :2thumbs:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I love it, super cool.  Wait until they start adding bold stripes and scoops.  :2thumbs:   :coolgleamA:

Hey did he "steal " that picture?   :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

Hey, there's an idea.  Offer them in multiple colors right away instead of making folks wait.  ;)

I like them...but I do like the Challengers better.

So then did GM build the '06 Charger? It sure looks like the front end of a Silverado or Suburban to me...

TheGhost

Ugh...  Still looks ugly, but I'll have to see one in person.  And knowing Camaros, they'll be everywhere within 3 months of hitting the Stealerships.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

Great lookin' car!   :2thumbs:

Now let's take a step back in time, oh let's say 5 to 10 years ago, what 2 door performance cars (that's V8 RWD) were being offered for less than $50,000.00?

Please post some pictures so I/we can compare them to the new Challenger and this Camaro.

mopar_nut_440_6

I prefer the looks of the Challengers and agree that the grill on the Camaro looks like it should be in a pickup. I do like them both though maybe because they at least look more like a muscle car than anything you normally see coming off the assembly line.

I do not know about you guys but the Challengers are priced pretty high in my area and not something I would buy due to this fact as much as I like them. The Camaros sound like they wil be substantially less money!

Perhaps they will be even cheaper!! If you blow the engine then slap in a 6.1 and get the Chevy boys boiling!

The're gonna be even cooler looking when the RS/SS comes out (hidden head lamps).  Or the Indy Pace Car with the white and orange and conv top.
