Is there repro heater control buttons available?

Hey  everyone, I just got out my heater controls(68charger)to install and remembered 2 of the buttons are broken...vent and fan I believe, they are side by side. Can you get these buttons or does anyone have an extra control laying around I can rob them out of? Thanks
