Hi:
My name is Daniel and live in mexico city,i am a mopar fan, and the charger is my favorite model,dodge chrysler in mexico dont made the 68,69 and 70 models,I have a 67,68 plymouth barracudas,69 dodge coronet,65 dodge dart and one 70 coronet body shell,i see the work in your cars and is awesome,the clones are perfect,and the original are too,i want to made a clon with my 70 coronet body shell to 69 or 70 charger,i want to cut the old  panels and buy all the new full quarter panels ,the fenders,hood,trunk lid,etc in CLASSIC BODY DESIGN or in AMD,one friend who have a 69 charger,give me a extra parts( tail lights,doors,a medallion etc)What do you think guys? im crazy?
are you think to make my clone is possible?Im very excited with the idea ¡¡¡¡,you are the pros,please give and advice

You're best bet would just to find a '68-'70 Charger. I have a '69 Charger and a '70 Coronet....there's limited interchangeable parts between them.

Por cierto charger rous... avisame si sabes de algun Charger 71/74 con velocimetro en Kilometros ( 240 )... estoy realmente interesado en uno. Puedo intercambiarlo con el que consegui en millas ( 150 )... en perfectas condiciones

well, LOOONG time ago, on the first charger board ( back in 2002 ) my first post was talking to all those who speak spanish on that board. Surpriselly was one of the most visited threads. Was on the top ten at the statistic report... I think also on replies. Not too many in spanish though LOL

You'd be surprised. Admittedly I haven't been to Mexico in a good 15 years, but when I was a kid I spent a lot of summer vacations down there (and even lived there for a couple of years). Anyway, there were TONS of A- bodies down there - Darts, Valiants, Dusters (though they were called something else...), etc. Some of my relatives had them, and in fact, they were considered beater/POS type cars by then. Man, if I had a time machine...
