Ok. Forgotten mopars is a great site. I've seen it before. You can use them. There's actually a few more chargers there I did not get pics of. I can only tell you there all located in Rhode Island. There is two yards there, the one in the pine grove is different. The pics were recently taken. I don't think its appropriate to tell the exact location of the pictures. Besides, both yards are off limit to public.

Alright....why in heaven's name would somebody willfully accumulate that many interesting cars, only to let them rot into the ground?

I have found that a lot of these cars can be bought.  I rescued a T/A Challenger taht everyone said was "not for sale."  Folks were trying to get the car from the poor guy for 2K-3K, (it WAS a basket case).  I came in with what I consedered a reasonable offer and got the car, (the the E-body market went up :icon_smile_big:), point being there are not many deals left, just like the cars themselves are drying up.

I thought the area was in Rhode Island it all looked familar. The guy who owns the cars is very hard to deal with, wants a million dollars for junk. I heard that he crushed alot of stuff, but i haven't been there in years.

The cars in the pine grove are DISGUSTING. They were perfect cars, many were complete and running that were not crashed and actually bought from off a lot in the 60's-70's and drove in a 300 acre farm field. The field is now a huge pine grove 40 years later .
The original owner died and left it to his son, he is a miserable asshole that always drunk. He wants tons of money for rotted shit. You cant walk the yard unless you "know" him and pay his outrageous prices. He doesn't care if anyone buys the cars, he likes them to rot into the ground and if he wants $1500 for a piece of crap rusted out mustang parts car he wont even take $1450..

The mopar junkyard is a different story. It was just a normal junkyard owned by a mopar NUT who never could crush a mopar, no mater what year or kind. So when people dropped their cars off to be scrapped he never crushed a mopar, he saved every one, and crushed all the fords and GM. In the 70's & 80's they were worth nothing, but he still saved them all even the lamest mopars ever made were saved from the crusher. Now 25 years later they are rusted out. You cant stop nature.

Why don't we have a party with this IDIOT get him stupid ass drunk, then get him to sign everything over to us when he is is in a stooper. We could even have a GIRLY_GIRLY there to help us and give her a rust bucket for her time(her problem to get it and fix it). Then we could do the right thing and give all the cars to me HA_HA_HA. Let me know when to schedule the party.Any lawyers here to draw up the papers to be signed. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?        :cheers:May need a lot of beer!

The guy who dragged the cars in the pine grove is almost immune to alcohol.. sorry that wont work. Im not exaggerating, he drinks NON-STOP all day EVERY day of the week. HE LIVES in the rust farm 7 days a week and just does nothing, except he makes 1 mission a day, like to pull the freakin radiator out of a ford tempo to scrap it for the aluminum. The guys so dumb.. He sells NO PARTS out of the yard, When there is so many things people could use there, Rat rodders would love to go there. He just scraps small shit.. I hear he's a millionaire and does not need $$. He's 65 years old and has one eye.. he's in another world.

He has ANOTHER yard nearby with all the very rare cars (obviously left outside) I seen a 70 challenger R/T 4 speed there. Its complete.. What a shame..

And the sorry end is going to be that someone finds him dead on the floor with his half starved dog slowly eating him.  Then the county will come in and confiscate the estate wasting the million dollars on local political pork barreling and crushing all the cars to send over to China.  They'll use the steel to make more 3rd rate goods for Wal-Mart.  :brickwall: :P

The state has ordered him to shut down and crush everything. He's obeying what the state ordered, however he's crushing them very slowly. He's there year round even in rain, snow and hot summer, so when he dies the state will take it over crush all the old cars and you will be buying them again when you go to wall-mart or harbor freight tools. Last time I was there he was standing under a rusted out car he dragged over a mile. It was hanging in the air by a chain from his forklift.. The worst thing is last time I was there he had just bought a nice restorable 68 mustang fastback that someone DROVE to the junkyard. He bought it to DRIVE IT IN THE WOODS TO ROT

I do not like this creepy little man.  My actual feeling runs a lot stronger but I try not to think that way about people.  (not working too well in this case)
