the Charger, Road Runner, & Super Bee Restoration Guide taps into 3rd gens to correct? just makin sure b4 i drop 30 bucks  :icon_smile_cool:

Just an FYI...if that particular book is anything like the Chevelle SS Restoration Guide the same author (Paul Herd) is, don't put too much faith in it.  The Chevelle SS Restoration Guide is laced with errors and incorrect information.

Yep, plenty of errors but still a must have. It will get you most of the way to your restoration...then you need sites like this. And it does cover 3rd gens, although 1971 only,  so you are warned.

This is a pretty good book:

By no means does it stand on its own as a complete resto guide, but it's a good addition to the others mentioned here.

In case you didn't follow Dan's link, a factory shop manual is indispensable.
