Foodie:(adj)
-a person who obsesses about the preparation, presentation and purchasing of food.

My good woman is a certified Foodie.
Watches the "Food Network" every day. Not to mention buying food-related magazines, recipe books, and amassing volumes of information on all different types of culinary variences.
A good day for her is where she can cook a 6 course meal for a crowd (and somebody else has to clean up!)
To her credit: she IS an awesome cook!! :drool5:

But I don't know how much more "Food Porn" I can watch on TV.... :-\

Me, I can cook scrambled eggs. :scratchchin:

My son is also showing signs of being a foodie. I bought him a camera for Christmas several years ago. And what does he take pictures of (besides his cat)....his mother's ultimate meals!! :shruggy:
My daughter is reading cookbooks at a university level!!

And I'm trying to loose weight! :popcrn:

Is that something covered in Franks hot sauce  :drool5: That makes everything a big hit...  :yesnod:

Magnumcharger

Oh yeah...that's my patented scrambled eggs...with Franks Hot Sauce.
I used to put Salsa on my eggs, but have pretty much converted to Franks on almost everything.
Except my breakfast cereal.

I'll have to post some pics of some of my wife's meals. You'll gain weight just looking at them!

I can cook, I don't do it often though. I get by on canned soup and frozen burritos just fine

I don't obsess at all about the preparation, presentation and purchasing of food but I DO obsess about eating it. What does that make me (other than a pus gut)?
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Now I'm less of a "foodie" than I was ......20 lbs to be exact........

Got to learn to enjoy quality not quantity..... ::)
