I've been looking at different valve covers for my Duster so I'm curious to see what kind you picked. Post away! Pictures would be awesome! :popcrn:

I have always wanted a set of vintage Direct Connection valve covers or a set of finned black M/T valve covers. Love the '70s look. :D :D

I was wondering:  Will stock valve covers fit on e-heads with roller rockers and a Comp Cams mech flat tappet cam XS290S with .558 lift.

Chatt69chgr

They may.  You might have to cut out the baffles inside to give more clearance.  I have heard that some have resorted to a real thick valve cover gasket or even doubled up on the gasket.  I've wondered if anyone makes a machined aluminum spacer that would fit under the stock valve cover thus raising it's height and giving one the necessary clearance.  I'll be interested to see what folks that have already dealt with this hurdle found out.
