Steering coupler kit still available over the counter at dealerships?

Can you still get the steering coupler kit over the counter at local dealerships? And if not where can I get one. This is for a 70 Charger although I am pretty sure they were the same on all mopars though 68-70 and maybe even other years.

try 4443436ac at your local dealer, still available and msrp is 11.15...it will come with an orange seal instead of a black seal
