well, rechromed bumpers, all new emblems, new(used)mouldings, new top, new head liner, new door panels, all kinda clips and fasteners, 1 new quarter, new trunk pan, gallon of ev2(!) and lotsa hours of metal work and prep = $6,ooo             

wakko, if i had a dime for everytime i heard that id have a crate hemi! '' you gonna put 01 on the doors?'' people are offering, er, threatening to buy me a dixie horn, oh well. when we drive the 1st gen all i hear is ''nice barracuda''!

$6K doesn't sound bad at all.  Many people pay that for just the bodywork and that includes your bumpers and other work?  Cool!

What are the other options on the car?  Auto?  AC?

thanks nupe, she's got auto, ac, ps, power drums, buckets, console, c5xa interior, r11 music master am jam, and a non sure grip 3.23 axle. i
think those are the high lights, oh yeah the ev2 and the stripe are also factory. lotsa room left on the fender tag.

the down side of the price was my car was gone for three years!
