Yeah Dave had a very nice EV2 HEMI Daytona I'm parked next to it in my avatar from 83 I believe, it was hit by brake parts from another HEMI  Daytona on a parade lap in 1999 at Taladega and frustrated he sold it. I ran into a Frank P. who says he bought it in New York ?

Yes a wheel came off and I believe the brake drum hit Dave's Daytona. Does anyone know Frank that bought the Jones car? I know he has quite a collection..............

Yes frank has dave's old HEMI Daytona along with a few other nice mopars. He is also a member of the board, but I don't think he has posted anything yet. He has sent some PM's though.

Hey Danny, Frank seemed like an alright true MOPAR guy. Speaking of which, I ran into Jon Weibel at a show on Marco Island on Sunday(2-8)
He said he enjoyed your call, but has been so busy this past year this was the first show he had been to since last time we met! He has a very nice 70 Challenger that is near original with 1 paint job, I call this a survivor even though the purists would disagree. FP bought it from a friend of mine in Ontario. My friend offered it to me for my 70 Hemi-Charger and some money....I should have taken that deal - Car was a little tired but still a nice piece overall.
