help please : AIR COMPRESSOR ?? will adding an extra air tank improve ????

if i plum in an additional 80 tank to my 60 gallon craftsman 6hp single stage commpressor will this increase my time on using tools and sand blast cabinet ?

my compressor will run at 80lbs all day long while my blast cabinet but the pump is on and runnig itself to death . id like the air pressure to be at 120lbs but that is only for a minute or so then it dropps to 80lbs . so will an extra tank give me more blast time with out the compressor running like it does now ?

Yes it will give you more time and last longer, but on the same hand it will take the compressor longer to build up to shut off.. Wont hurt anything by giving it a try other than the time it will take to plumb in..
