Wow, I was not expecting that news, as he seemed to be in the prime of life with alot more years ahead of him.  I agree with the other members, 41 is just too young to go.  My condolances to his family on their loss.  R.I.P. Chris....

Yes, 41 is way too young to die!!
Sudden death by heart attack seems to be quite common these days too.
I wonder if it has anything to do with diet?

Oh Man, this is terrible news!! :cryin:
He was younger than me, too. Things like this sure make a guy think about priorities. :-\

RIP, Chris & my heartfelt condolences go to the Louden family.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Bronzy just let me know this sad and awful news. I'm so sorry to hear this. He certainly had a lot of friends from our board.

Wow. Very sad. God Bless his family....I'm 42, and not that I'm indispensible, but with a wife and two young girls, 8 and 5, I can't imagine how they'd go on if something happened to me. It's just not fair to pass at such a young age.

On page one of this thread, I clicked on the link posted referencing Pettyfan being on here just Tuesday, and his status was "offline"...kinda eerie.

R.I.P., Brother.

I have a lump in my throat and I don't feel very good right now after reading this.  My heart is literally pounding like I just lost a close family member, relative or friend.  Every one of you on this board really have no idea what you contribute to my life.  This is absolutely terrible and my heart goes out to his family and loved ones.
I'll see you guys tomorrow.

Mike
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Wow...awful news. RIP and condolences to his family.  :'(

Kinda puts things in perspective (I know...it's a cliche..but true).

Definitly sad news!  To Chris' family, my families deepest condolences.  Im sure he will be drivin around a fine Mopar upstairs.  The important thing is to keep to keep his memories alive.  And I agree that that 41 is wayyyy to young to go in life.

Very sad news. RIP, Chris.... way too young to go. At the risk of sounding cliche, hug those you love and tell them how much they matter to you, because you just never know....  :engel016:
