Do not buy anything from these crooks. Here's how they operate:

1. They offer good prices and selection on home goods for remodeling etc.
2. You order on line.
3. They charge your credit immediately, and then hold your items forever.
4. They send you periodic emails asking if you would like to expedite via their Quick Ship program, offering to charge an arm and a leg for it.
5. You get fed up and cancel, and then they say it's "too late". "The product is on route to us from the manufacturer and it will be 25% credit to refund you.

Totally unethical. My order has been in for about 6 weeks. I have been asking them to even give me ship date on my item for the last two weeks (after the previous ship dates had come and gone twice). They won't answer me with any kind of ETA. They just keep offering a credit less 25%.  It's pure robbery.

I am reporting them to the NY State Attorney General's office tomorrow, but I doubt it will do much good.

Maybe also post some reviews so other people are warned:

I almost never buy from anyone who has a reseller rating below 9.5 - these guys are a 1.53.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Thanks Troy. I really appreciate the links.

Assuming you used a credit card you can also file a dispute with your CC company. They will ask for your written complaint, send a copy to the company you bought from and ask for their response. The CC company will then make a determination as to whether your complaint is legit or not. (They tend to lean towards the consumer) If they find in your favor they will credit your account for the amount charged and debit it from the company's credit card processor.

Unfortunately their purchasing agreements were written by the Spanish Inquisition. They could still maybe nick me for 4-15% and I'm not going to chance one more penny for the basturds.
I will be satisfied through my efforts with the BBB and NY Attorney General's office. I only have to succeed in turning away a few customers to hurt them way more than they hurt me. I'm ok with that whether they care or not.
