How do I replace the light, do I just put a bulb in or whole new light?  And how do I do it exactly.  Thanks.

Rubberduck

You need to replace the whole light.
Usually it is fixed with a tiny aluminum moulding frame from the front.
It´s easy to replace.

There are 3 screws that hold an aluminum retaining ring around the light....remove the screws and the ring and the light falls out.  If you can't see the screws for some reason, you may have to remove the grille to access them.  Pretty straightforward job really.

don't need to remove the ring trim screws, just loosen them a little bit, then twist a small step of ring and will came out.

what nacho said is true, personally, i take mine out because i had a tab come off of one at one point in time and had to re-spot weld the tab back to the ring.

It worked out great, just like you said I had to take off grill then only loosen the screws to get off rims and put new light in.    Only problem is the new light is so shiny compared to others.  And when I had grill off I noticed my grill really is getting worn and a few cracks,  especially around bottom of light area paint is worn down.  But thanks for info
