We considered St. Anton in Austria but knew that the elevation wasn't quite as high as Zermatt.  We were told we could get there and have limited skiing because there may not be enough snow.  It is my understanding that Europe has gotten plenty of snow this season.  In Zermatt they have gotten 600cm (20 feet) of snow so far this year.

Make sure you post some pics from your trip when you get a chance.
