looking for information on 68 RT Charger radio with 8track player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm looking for any information on the 1968 RT radio in my Charger it has the duel knobs on both sides with the 8 track player. What I need to know is does anyone know of an aftermarket replacement radio that will fit in the stock location that offers a radio with a CD replacement but yet looks like the original? Any input would be greatly appreciated if there is nothing out there to replace it then I would like to know where I would send the radio that is in my car now to be refurbished? I have not seen anything like that. Your best bet is to get the radio refurbished with a connection for an MP3 or iPod music player. By using the iPod you can have all of your music collection with you. If you search the Internet or this site you will see a lot of references to people who do this service.

I don't know of anything that looks like that - I wish I did because I'd be interested in buying one as well. Whatever you do, don't convert the original - those things are worth more than some project cars.
