Anyone got a pic of where the horns/relay go on a 73 Charger?  I took pics of disassembly but have lost the CD (and replaced the computers they were once on...) LOL yep it has been that long! I did pretty good on the other stuff, but the horns have me stumped for now.

you can find some others around with a bracket, to A bodies that will work the same. There are several ones aftermarket generic parts ( Standard ) that are the same too. Maybe those are cheaper. Don't recall the PN of those. Used the Fran Mitchel auction just to show you which one is the RIGHT one. Anyway, that price is not really lot INSANE either, but some other can be found on $15 or less.

they are located behind the headlights panel, down the fender top area. You'll there a provision holes close to the hood bumpers screws. One at each side. One big to the screw, one small to the original horn tab to keep on place.

Thanks Nacho, I got two horns in my box.  I am just planning ahead, so one horn goes on each side (high and low note horns I guess)? The relay then if I remember right is on the wiring harness inside the car driver side I believe (in the cab)?

Car should go in for body paint end of this month, I will probably be asking a bunch of questions March/April as re assembly FINALLY kicks in! Plum Crazy, w Bulge hood and the phenoix Hood Blackout w/ 340 Magnum emblems.
The 8 3/4" rear I got w/ suregrip 3.91 will be getting a DR Diff disk brake kit on this time home...I will be posting more threads  :2thumbs:

yes... if you have original horns the brakets will give you which one goes to what side.

I saved the blower fuse heating ( and lever switch ) with relays, one for each speed.

NOW I'M GETTING OVERHEAT ON BRAKES/HAZZARD/DOME fuse what on fact already melted the fuse box :brickwall: AND IT WAS FAIRLY NEW!
