Besides Mopar, who in the BIG THREE, or nearabouts, made the best third gen muscle car?

I like the 70.5 - 78 TAs but technically only a 2nd gen

What would be considered 3rd gen Vette?  58, 63 & 70 are my faves!  How
bout a Ferrari P3!  Aston Martin DB3!  The Ford Unibody is the 3rd gen F100! 
I'll stick with Chargers though

I like the 70 to 74 TA's and Firebirds,  and the chargers

But 70-74 Firebirds would only be the second generation for that car line.

Too bad that the AMX's and Javelin's only had two generations.
AMC Rebels only had one generation.
I guess the third gen RoadRunners would be the Volare's, and I really like those.
