The whole fam-damily & I went last night to see "Taken".
What an AWESOME movie! People in our theater were clapping & cheering when the movie ended, me included! :boogie: I'm not gonna ruin it by letting any spoilers slip, but the bad guys definitely got what they deserve. :icon_smile_cool:

As a side bonus, my daughter has has been thinking she wants to go live in Ireland for a year or so & this flick certainly helped explain a few of the fears that I've had over the whole deal. She was definitely talking about other things than just "how fun it'll be" last night.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

It was alright. I mean just like in all of the movies good guy wins in the end and all is good. Movie is based on some real facts though so its not something Steven Spielberg pulled out of his arse.

Defiance was best movie of year imo. Based on actual story and Daniel Craig is great actor.

Yup. I also noticed how the Cherokee he was driving had a real throaty V8 sound during the car chase through the construction site, even though those Cherokees never came with V8s. :slap:

glad to see this thread here,  wondered about seeing this film, now I will,   :2thumbs:

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Saw this myself last night. Great flick. I'm betting the dvd will have some cool extras too, there was some torture footage in the trailer that wasn't in the final cut of the movie... :icon_smile_big:
