Hello all! I finally had an afternoon to pull out the Charger and do some work on her. I am in the process of doing the grill and have some misc. items to be put on the car still. I have to put on the right rear wheel trim, left vinyl top trim, radio and dash trim, etc.

Anyway, here are some shots of her. I had to take some shots for the insurance company to cover the car. I hope to have her to the shop for front end setup and then it should be road worthy. There are some small items that are not perfect but after 9 years I just want this thing on the road.

wow! she looks brand new. paint came out nice
I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

Thanks BigBlock! She was in the paint shop for about 2 years getting base coat/clear coat. It had to go back a second time as I was not happy with the first attempt.

very nice! , congrats.
9 years is a long, I don't have that patience.
Do you know Stenton? He lives in 15559,PA and he's restoring a 69 R/T.

Mine is now in the body shop. They will start to grind off and cut out all the rust that was build up in the quarters, trunk and front section of the drivers side floor. It'll be replaced with new sheet metal anytime soon.

Anyway, keep up the good work :punkrocka:

:drool5:  You have the same color as mine.  You make me jelous.  I wish mine was that far along.  Very nice looking.   I like the power window and cruise on there.  It looks loaded.  Wish I had some of that stuff too.  Very nice looking job on it.
Over?! its not over until we say it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?!...Hell no! and its not over now!..(Germans? Pearl Harbor?...shut up, he's on a roll)

CB, Stenton looks to be in Phila. We are about 55 minutes West of Phila so I probably havent run into him. We're out in the sticks!  ;D

Chris, I did some research on the yoke black out and everything that I've seen indicated that dark color cars didnt do it so I left it factory color.

Thanks all for the comments. Yep, it's been a long time...

The paint is F8. My car was actually triple green; Green exterior, interior and top. I didnt care for the green top so I put a black on.

I LOVE this color. My first car was a 70 RR that was this green w/a black vinyl top. What a classic color.
