We sold my sons (Chebby) truck a while back when gas prices were crazy. He sure misses having a truck. Found this 76 dodge on craigslist here locally. He is asking $2000.00 what do you think, fair price?

I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

You think the Chevy was hard on gas, wait till you run that 360. In my experience the 360 is the biggest gas gulping small block out there.

Burnt orange?!? Looks more like red primer to me. Offer the $1,500.

Looks interesting, the paint does look like primer. CL pics are always bad though. The older Dodges are really growing on me. It's not a Ram either, it's an Adventurer.

Yeah, that does look like primer...although the pic on the right does have some shine to it. Maybe it's just the angle?
I'd flash the guy $1,000 & see if he bites.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I agree offer him around a $1000.00 for it. You can get really nice old dodge truck for the 2K price range. I just picked up a real nice 79 ramcharger with all original paint for $2200.00

Thanks, I keep my eyes open for them all the time. I had another one in original paint and it was a macho ramcharger and I regret selling that one every day, paid around the same price for it.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Are you really looking for one, I'll keep my eyes open for you. Found this one last month on craigslist and it could of been bought for under a grand in NY. Only 32k miles on it and looks really solid and it's a snow comander pop top. I almost bought it but really didn't need another one.

I 've had 3 of them and would love another one.  If you can find me one locally in shape like yours for around $1500, I'll scrape up the money somehow.
I'm in no hurry but just something to keep in mind if you happen to run across one that you don't have a burning desire to purchase first.
Oh, don't count those trucks out either, I'll take those any day as well.  It's just the RC is a better acoustic platform and I can hang my discoball in the middle. :icon_smile_big:
Thanks
