Fuel Pump Regulator

so i was doing some digging and i have a question based on this

i thought regulators were only 4 electrics...how come i can't find on on summit?

Some mechanical fuel pumps are Race rated meaning that the discharge pressure is too high and will blow the needle off the seat in your float bowls. For a street car just use the street pump rated at 6-8psi and you won't need a regulator.
