Very cool!! Thanks for sharing. Amazing how those hubcaps stayed on for so long on, I though they were welded on! I was also noticing the other cars on the streets of SF.

How hard is it to hit the Mustang with a 12 gauge next to the Charger?? Not hard at all!!  :icon_smile_wink: Was that a Boss 302 or 429?
"Mother should I trust the government?........... Pink Floyd "Mother"

390 GT, Stunt coordinators said the mustang suspension broke all the time. But the Chargers never did.

Time to put a Bullit in that dead horse  :horse:  ::) :icon_smile_dead:

How can I get the xvid codec ?      The page opens and the audio starts but the little place where the vid should be is black.       :bawling:     :smilie_help:

Bullit was partly responsible for me liking Chargers so much.      I considered that black Charger to be so super cool, didn't think much of the Mustang one way or the other, was just a car to be in the chase scene to be able to show the Charger.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

hydroforce

that is cool, figures I bought the movie for that scene about a month ago

Thank you, that did it.

Oh man.   That is so awesome.

Anyone know the facts on the filming on that?   Wasn't it something like the only continuously filmed chase scene?

John_Kunkel

On the subject of the chase scene, has anyone ever traced the route they took through the SF streets into the countryside and the location of the gas station at the end of the chase?

Any websites with that info?
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Very cool - Bullit cruise!

I have a customer in Hayward, CA and usually stay in SF when I visit.  It has to be one of the coolest cities in the US, despite the fact that is the "hug capitol of America".  ::)
