Cross member/missing hardware questions

Hey guys, I have a feeling Im missing some sort of ?rubber? thing in my cross member. There is that cradle part on side facing the engine and on mine there is nothing there. What goes there and where could I get one (if something does indeed go there)?
Also, after having to move everything charger related 4 times I seem to have lost/misplaced most of the hardware I took off when separating the torque converter, fly wheel, bell-housing, motor mounts, etc. :brickwall:
Also my fender tag is MIA (though that's not relevant to this thread...)
And its been raining cats and dogs (Im working outside).
Frustrating week.
So my second question: I highly doubt it but I don't suppose there is a hardware kit for putting in a 440/727? Or does anyone happen to know at least a couple of the sizes/lengths of bolts? I checked the service manual but it just has the diameter and thread spacing. I know I could measure it but I thought it was worth an ask.
My third question is there are 2 studs coming out of the bottom transmission tail. I believe these attach to the cross member somehow but I don't see how the way it is now. Is the missing part required?
I greatly appreciate the help as always.
