Best way to remove a rusted grille bolt?

On my grille, the bolts that connect the bucket to the center part is rusted. I got all of the bolts off except for that one. I've tried WD40, I've tried a hacksaw but nothing works. I could continue with the hacksaw but it runs the risk of scratching or cutting the grille. Any suggestions?

Try PB Blaster. Do you have a die grinder with a cut off wheel. Or smaller bolts or tight spots use a Dremel. Those little cutoff wheels on them work pretty good on small bolts and screws.

yup, use a dremel and cut the head of the bolt off. The washer should keep you far enough away from the grille plastic and then you can just pull it out from the other side.  Careful not to get the bolt too hot or you will melt the plastic as you are cutting.

Yeah use a dremel for stuff like that, but dont forget your safety glasses, those little cutoff wheels like to explode and you'll lose and eye real quick.
