Can Anyone ID This Old Truck? (great pics)

So I was cruising the back roads and saw what might be a truly Wild Mopar. Or not. I cannot ID the truck, it had nothing on it to give a hint of manufacturer. I think I can find the owner, but until then, any ideas? Great pics anyway.

Definitely a Ford.

I know the '39 had a grill like that, the 38 might have too...

After a quick google check, it looks like both the '38 and 39 Ford used that round grill...

Shame it's not Mopar because I would have used it as a screen saver.
