WOW, Does that bring back memories....  I used to have a red one when I was a kid. I remember that rubber nose cone bouncing off walls and curbs and stuff! I tried to put the nose on a 1/24 scale model. I hated that the wheels wouldn't turn.
Thanks for the memories!

I was way to adicted to buying car toys and road runner and wiley stuff. I had to quit cold turkey .  :smilielol: I have not bought anything in over 3 years. I spend the money on the real big cars now , that adiction will never end .

And I thought I had a lot of crap...LOL

That's some collection though, I love seeing things like that. I went to a small swap meet/memorabilia show in Allentown, PA last weekend to break up a boring winter. There were some cool things there, like restored parking meters, traffic lights, lots of toy cars, & more. I found one vendor selling some really clean Matchbox cars from the 60's. I bought 5 of them for $20, but only because they were really clean & they were ones that I have already from when I was a kid. Mine were chipped up or repainted, so getting replacements was kind of cool.

Maybe I'll take pics later & add them, but I bought a tan colored Unimog, a bright green Ferrari Berlinetta, a yellow CJ5 Jeep, a white VW bug, & a travel trailer.

Holy SHITBALLS! :scared:

Here's my collection...what's up?
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Nice collection of nick nacks there Stuart.

I stopped buying anything except the aero cars about 3-4 years ago as well. have no idea how much I have, just know its about 20-25 boxes in the attic as well as about 10 in the closet. The wife won't let me leave them sitting all over the house like I had them before I got married.

That is a pretty darn impressive collection. :o  The Sheriff pic made me laugh.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

The dodge safety sheriff statue .I found out to be a rare unique item .It was the sherriff from the dodge tv advertising. He would go to dealerships with this type of memorabilia.Including Steve Juliano I know of a total of 4 to date.I got it from a original daytona purchaser son or friend of the family on ebay longtime ago. I asked and found out the original daytona purchaser was Bill Hoen.Who bought new a F6 daytona and still has it .I sent him some small parts he needed for his daytona. Here is his car
