DAYTONA REAR BUMPER AND EX CUT OUTS

I decided to paint rear bumper , but it had to be narrowed and brought in closer to body and remove bumper-etts.Also made new bumper brackets and of course the fastening bolts have been deleted .I also decided to run stock style stainless tip through valence but going trough a sleeve that will become part of valence . I have 40 hrs in these two tasks

Very interesting and imaginative.... Looking forward to the finished car.......... A friend once had a Daytona clone was well with a painted rear bumper. Looked pretty good actually....

you can use the wires for the back up lights to power some flame throwers on the end of those tips!

yeah stick some spark plugs in the tips      fits the look

I like the idea. I think it will look pretty sharp.
I Foosed out the wife's cuda and I've never regretted it. In fact, I wish that I had taken it a little further. I should have done a little more with the bumpers rather than just tucking them in.

You did at least smooth them out I hope ? I 'm referring to deleting bumper bolts . Stu , I make comments on an Orig car that they are asking all the money and for example they will have a gold painted wiper motor instead of plating or just plain simple things that are wrong and they want a million for it .

I painted the rear bumper on ours....removed the so called "guards" also...they were bent up

very nice bumper. i like the painted look. considering painting my clone bird's bumper black to match the wing. not decided yet.

Only if the car is black in my opinion , the idea here is to make it blend into car
