Somebody is going to be very disappointed when they get this thing home.

Darn shame though. That car is a nice combination.

Yeah,I see something going on on the front driver side of the fender just by the bumper. Not sure what it is but something does line up or look right.

I guess he pretty much covered everything by saying the car has had some restoration over the years.  :eyes:

I was curious about the seat coverings, the blue engine (400) and numerous other oddities.

Looks to me like 3 corners were rubbed off and the lower parts of the quarters had some serious work done to them.  The car wouldn't look bad except they didn't finish like they should.  When you can see where the paddle went through wet bondo that's BAD.  They also didn't finish around the marker lights which is retarted.  I can't tell on the front if it's the bumber being bent or a tweaked car (one side lines up ok).

I don't see anything wrong with using filler but if you're gonna use it you should at least use it right. :rotz:
When I was just a very young lad I looked up and told my dad, a bareback rider's what I wanna be.  I want the whole world to know about me.  In the rodeo arena I'll make my stand.  I wanna be a rodeo man.  I'll come flyin' from the chute with my spurs up high, chaps and boots reachin' for the sky.  Spurin' wild with my head throwed back, you'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.  You'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.

The drivers side front fender the body line is not sharp..bondo & the quarters look like the body lines are smooth, more bondo. We all can't slap lead on and be George Barris but that isn't very good work for the price he is getting.

What scary is it all shows up on photographs of a pale yellow car. I guarantee it looks even worse person.

There is something missing between the rear quarter panel and rear valance.... a JOINT. That's the first thing I noticed. Then the area around the front bumper corner. Then the missing penta-star. Then the rear side marker area.

I wonder how many non-car people would be able to notice the bondo?
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

Looks like he is getting alot of questions from over seas (Italy and Spain). I would be careful If I were him about scams.

At least someone cared enough to keep it on the road and drivable instead of full of rust in some a$$hole$ backyard tellin' every person that rings his doorbell wanting to buy it...."I'm gonna fix it up!" and lettin' it sit and rot!!

don't you agree!?   bondo or not at least its better then that!

Notice how he says: (If you're looking for a Rust Free Mopar ?) - That question mark looms mysterious...I guess it's getting pretty bad out there, with all the Dukes hype. Everyone pay attention and bring magnets, those refrigerator floppy ones work very well - if you put 'em anywhere on the body and they slide around or fall off, walk away. -dave

I was looking for a pic of the lower valence and the seams where it meets the corner caps... (because mine need to be carved back in  :rotz: and I wanted to see wht it would look like if I just left it smoother over.)

Then I saw the quarter panel end caps!!! Mudded right over!
It actually looks nice, but it would drive me nuts knowing that was done to it...

Ghoste

I had one like that once and I did like the smoothed over look of it at first, but given the location and nature of the part, it wasn't long before the mud started to bubble.  Bad!
