I found a general Lee clone and the guy says it numbers matching and it is an rt car.Its got a 383 727 did they make these I thought only 440s and 426s were in the rts,and the other ones were just normal cars am I wrong in thinking that.I have yet to see the serial number to see what is going in there

You are right, he is wrong.
It could be an R/T car, but if it's got a 383, it's definitely not numbers matching. Go look at the VIN tag, the first four digits will read "XS29" of it's an R/T & "XP29" if it is not.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Here's why there is so much never ending confusion:

The 383 magnum 4-barrel motor was an R/T or a base model depending on the car.  On Challengers the 383 Magnum was the start of the R/T package.  But on Chargers, they kept that motor in the base-model designation and didn't call the cars R/Ts until they had 440s or Hemis.
