The good and bad?  :scratchchin:   We gave Cody our password.   That was good and bad I guess.  :2thumbs: :smilielol: :icon_smile_big: The good for real, We saw the price of gas go super high and then drop down to real good prices.  :2thumbs:  We have met more members this year than ever and are getting more members wanting to meet us.  :2thumbs:  I guess we must be getting more popular because we are pretty cool.   :icon_smile_big:  The bad,  I've seen more members having to sell their cars than any other time that I can remember.   :'( :pity:   Chuck.............

Kenny Wayne Shepard<sp?> debuts his '72.
A few scammers are uncovered(chargerman68 and Shane McGaughy<sp?>)
Another shady seller is uncovered. (BK Auto)
The Proven Combos section gets started to help with builds.
Ron steps in to help alot of people with their engines(thanks Ron).

The bad:

More people having to sell their cars for financial reasons.

You know, I was just thinking the other day about how much Ron has contributed to this site.

Back a lot more years than I care to remember, I picked up the nickname Dr. Dave because I could make damn near any engine run. I even made $20 on a (foolish) bet that I could make an old ford 6 cyl run even though half the camshaft was hanging out through a hole in the side of the block, But after reading some of these posts, I'm in awe with the knowledge this man has on engines. Maybe we should vote him DC.Com's man of the year.

God must love stupid people; He made so many.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

The best thing is that another generation younger than me, i.e. YOU, are into '69 Chargers and that helps keep the hobby going.   :2thumbs:

Oh and another thing is that i was able to dodge meeting moparstuart this summer but i wont have the same luck in 2009.

I totally agree about the young gun's statement PT :2thumbs: :2thumbs: You know even in the mid 80's when i first got involved with mopar.I was hanging around with people 10-20 years older then me .  Because that was who was into mopar then. It was few and far between to find someone my own age that had the passion for them i did .
Seem I still hang with that older crowd but now people my own and younger have caught on to the cool old mopars.

Oh and get that restaining order cause your stalker is coming to minnesota again .

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. As soon as Chuck went to work the next day we snuck out of there after I helped their little girl with a puzzle.

2) Had a great time with my best friends at the MATS. :2thumbs:

Other than that, 2008' was a very tough year on me and so far 2009' isn't looking much better...  :eek2:
