Pain free header choices for my 74'

I am ready to put my 360 in my 74 Charger.  The only thing I need is headers.  I figured the best time to put on the headers is when I put the motor in.  Are there some decent options besides TTI headers that are pain free with installation?  I really dont want to spend that kind of money for TTI.  If I run into a problem with other makes, what would they be (be specific).  Please share your experiences with different brands and what you ran into with small block mopar headers into a 3rd gen Charger.

when i had the 360 in the 73 i ran hooker headers....good fit/finish, but they bottomed out waaaaayyy too easy....think i went through 3 sets of headers in 9 months....
